Move In Ready Cincinnati Patio Homes By Fischer March 2019

Spring is officially here and if a winter of shoveling snow has you ready fFischer patio homeor maintenance free living, then perhaps one of Fischer Home's move in ready patio homes is the solution!  They take care of the snow and cut the grass, so you can spend more time enjoying Cincinnati or even heading out of town knowing all is well while you're gone!

Fischer Homes remains one of the largest builders of Cincinnati patio homes, with first floor plans maxing out at about 2000 sq ft and then more can be added with a finished lower level or loft area depending on the selected plan. 


Move-in ready patio homes are typically ready in 90 days or less.  Since these patio homes were not designed to order, they'll be constructed to fit mainstream tastes and using Fischer's most popular floor plans.

Fischer Homes is currently offering the following new construction patio homes in the Greater Cincinnati area that are already complete or will be in the next 3 months. 

This month Fischer Homes has 1 patio home ready in Ohio and 5 in Northern Kentucky.  Fischer also has two paired patio homes in Northern Kentucky.  Paired patio homes can be either ranch or two story attached units depending on the available plan.   

The paired patio homes are at Whitestone Links in Florence, Kentucky. 


Ohio patio homes:

Pierce Township's Prestwick Place offers a Wilmington (immediate) for $337,900.


Northern Kentucky patio homes:

Union's Preakness Pointe offers a Winthrop (90 days) for $368,676 & a Wilmington (immediate) for $329,164.

Alexandria's The Shire At Arcadia has a 30 day ready date on a Kiawah for $366,548.

Hebron's Tanner Cove will have a Wilmington (immediate) for $331,308 & a Kiawah (30 days) for $337,180.

The paired patio homes in Whitestone Links & Tanner's Cover are base priced from  $184 -245,000 (more for the ranch homes, less for the two story) with availability of immediate for the two story and 60 days for the ranch style.     


Fischer Homes can sell these or adjust price as they deem necessary (most of the above had price adjustments since February). You can find the latest availability by looking for patio homes on Fischer Homes' Move In Ready page for Greater Cincinnati.  Once you're there, if you see something you like, or have further questions, we're going to ask you to go the following:   

Don't register with Fischer, don't visit, don't call, because if you do, you risk losing the option of having a patio home specialist agent working for you.

Step 2:  Let's determine which home community is the best fit for your needs.  It might not be one of Fischer's communities, but don't worry, we work with ALL Greater Cincinnati home builders!  And since Bill is licensed in BOTH Ohio and Kentucky, he can help you with ANY area home community.

Good evening Bill,

There you go again giving excellent advice to buyers thinking of new construction. Pick up the phone and call Bill the patio home specialist who works for the buyer..not the builder. You'll be glad you did!
