Cincinnati and Warren County Ohio Patio Homes

In The Clients' Words, The Liz Spear Team RE/MAX Elite Review

1607 Oak GroveIf you're a home buyer or seller, you've heard and read lots of agents telling you they're great.  There are dozens and dozens of #1 agents out there!!  It's all white noise after a bit isn't it?

So who do you trust?  People that have worn the same shoes and walked the same path, fellow home buyers and sellers.

So today we're going to let John & Brenda speak for us.  They're recent home sellers AND buyers who worked with me.  We started a few years ago assessing the market, calculating what they needed to accomplish and when they'd be able to get the target price for their existing patio home in Cincinnati's only 55+ community.  That involved tracking the builder's progress in completing their phase of the community and verifying market resale values would hit our goal.  Once we established the window was open, we proceeded with their sale and then their new construction purchase.  And while it took two attempts for the builder to get it right and some "persuasion" of the builder on our part to get our buyers a great deal on a fantastic home, ultimately John & Brenda have a home they love.

So on to the story in their own words with this 5 star review:

"We found the Liz Spear Team while searching the internet for a real estate agent who were experts within Patio Home market, as we were listing ours for sale. There's a long story here but I will condense it to this...the sale of our existing home was an unusual circumstance, which Bill Spear expertly (and calmly) navigated us through. The purchase of our next home went something like this, (and I'll quote Drees Homes here) "this has never happened in the history of our company." That "this" was NOT a good thing for us...the buyers. Yet again, Bill Spear was the voice of reason, direction and experience. We now own the home that we've waited 30 years for and couldn't be happier. A big reason we got to this point is due to Bill. Bill is a stand-up guy, who while he knows his way around the real estate world, is firmly on the side of his client. He gives straight answers, and not always the answer you want to hear from him. But it's the right answer. My wife and I, without reservation highly recommend The Liz Spear Team, not only to you (the reader) but to our own family members."  John & Brenda Hazlett

Hi Bill(and Liz too) - that's quite a letter and more than worthy of sharing. Not every home buying or selling story is trouble-free but as in life how to deal with split milk brings on relevance in life and real estate. Congratulations on the closed transaction and more importantly for making these kinds of experiences real.

What a wonderful review, and a perfect one to share. The voice of reason is a good voice to be!

Liz and Bill Spear - "White noise..."  I couldn't agree with you more! What a wonderful post. I am tired of the "White noise." It hurts my heart and makes me want to scream out loud. But of course, that would not be ethical, would it?

I wish every Agent could have a John and Brenda and every Brenda and John had a Liz and Bill Spear. I like the part best when they said you were a "stand-up guy." Here on ActiveRain, you are calm when things are stormy and things get choppy or people feel disoriented. I am fortunate to share this platform with the two of you and also want to take this opportunity to say, thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
