This weekend I drove by Franklin Township's Renaissance community to check the status on our buyer's new construction patio home.  Fischer Homes almost has it done, with closing scheduled for next month!

And while I was there I noticed the street had been extended!  What started as just a small section of patio homes in Renaissance is growing, with an additional 17 patio home sites being added to the community!

Right now Fischer Homes is doing the Santa Claus thing, they're making a list of interested buyers!  Actual orders and contracts are expected to start in November.

You can still expect a good selection of floor plans and for prices to be in the mid $200s and up through about $400,000.  As new construction patio homes go in Greater Cincinnati, these are some of the more affordable.   All plans are ranch homes and all plans can have a basement and some plans can have a loft added.  All plans are a minimum 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage.

Renaissance is a pool community and located close to the SR122/I-75 interchange, so commuting to Dayton or Cincinnati is relatively convenient! 

Fischer's patio homes are built a bit faster than regular homes, only neededing 4-5 months (weather permitting), about 1-2 months faster than a regular home. 

Like other patio home communities, buying a patio home in Renaissance means no lawn mowing, no raking leaves and no shoveling snow!  Your HOA fee covers all of that!

Anyone looking to buy a patio home in Renaissance should contact you. It really pays to have a buyers representative look out for the buyer in new home purchases. Those 17 homes will go fast!
