Greater Cincinnati Fischer Patio Homes Move-In Ready May 2018

Fischer patio homeWant a Greater Cincinnati new construction patio home without the typical long wait that comes with building from scratch?  A Fischer Homes move-in ready patio home may be the answer!  Instead of 5-7 months, we're looking at 90 days, or even faster if they've got a Greater Cincinnati patio home finished and waiting!

Expect move-in ready patio homes to be finished in a style that fits mainstream tastes and with the most popular options already in place.  The bad news, there are no changing these homes, the builder strictly follows the script!  Obviously Fischer Homes is wanting to sell these homes quickly, so don't expect them to stick around long.

The majority of these move-in ready patio homes are on the Kentucky side of Greater Cincinnati.

As we write this, currently there are three ready or almost ready in Ohio:

Maineville's Providence community has a Wilmington floor plan available immediately for $267,900 and also available immediately a Kiawah plan for $292,900.

Also in Ohio is a Wilmington plan in Franklin's Renaissance community.  That home will be ready in about 60 days for $301,900.

Crossing the Ohio River into northern Kentucky the following patio homes are ready or close to ready.

Alexandria's The Shire at Arcadia offers a Wilmington (30 days) for $352,347 and an Amelia (immediate) for $312,242 (reduced price).

Hebron's Tanner Cove will have an Amelia ready immediately for $321,340 and also immediately available is a Kiawah for $286,901. (They also have some attached ranch condo Wembley plans available too for a lower price!).

Union's Triple Crown-Preakness community has a Kiawah (immediate) for $298,089 (reduced price) and a Maxwell (immediate) for $281,570 (also reduced!!).

Obviously all of this is subject to change.  Fischer Homes can sell these or adjust price as they deem necessary.  You can find the latest availability by looking for patio homes on Fischer Homes' Move In Ready page for Greater Cincinnati.  Once you're there, if you see something you like, or have further questions, we're going to ask you to go the following:

Don't register with Fischer, don't visit, don't call, because if you do, you risk losing the option of having a patio home specialist agent working for you.

Step 1:  Contact us at 513-520-5305.  We are NOT a Fischer Homes builder's rep (or ANY builder for that matter!), we work for you and ONLY you! You don't get a better deal by going directly to Fischer Homes without an agent because our fees are built into the overhead of ALL homes they build.

Step 2:  Let's determine which home community is the best fit for your needs.  It might not be one of Fischer's communities, but don't worry, we work with ALL Greater Cincinnati home builders!  And since Bill is licensed in BOTH Ohio and Kentucky, he can help you with ANY area home community.

Step 3: We'll contact the builder's rep and coordinate appointments and  any future activities with the builder.

Further questions?  Just contact Bill at 513-520-5305 or email Liz@LizSpear.com.

We look forward to helping you with your home needs!

Liz and Bill aka BLiz

P.S.  We don't work with ONLY patio homes, so if you're interested in move-in ready single family homes or condos, we'd love to help you with those too!
