This afternoon I had what should have been a routine home maintenance project. It was time to put a new blade on my lawnmower. Sounds simple right? All I needed to do was take out one bolt, pull off the old blade, put on the new blade and replace the bolt. How hard could that be?
Well as it turned out, MUCH harder than it sounds. I couldn't tell you when was the last time I replaced that blade, but that bolt had no desire to budge a millimeter. Some WD-40 had no effect, and trying to whack the end of the ratchet wrench didn't work either. A slip of the wrench and I scuffed the end of a knuckle and have a bit of a shiner. Finally I slipped a pipe over the end of the wrench and got the leverage I needed to get that bolt to move. From there, it was easy. New blade in place and I'm ready to cut some grass way more smoothly than this weekend's work!
Now does any of this have anything to do with real estate? You bet!
I suspect some home buyers think buying a home is easy. Find home, buy home. Sounds as easy as removing my lawnmower bolt :)
And Cincinnati patio home buyers might think it's even easier because they've probably bought a few homes over the years and have some experience. Build new? The builder will take care of everything so we don't need an agent's help. It's as easy as taking off that lawnmower blade.
Because here's the rub. The information you need to find the right patio home might not be as easy as you think it would be. Can you find ALL the builders that build Cincinnati patio homes? Chances are you won't because builders are good at building houses, and while some might also be good at building a web presence, most actually aren't.
So most likely if you search Cincinnati patio homes for sale, or new construction Cincinnati patio homes, or some similar search term, what you're likely to find is us in several slots on the first page of your search results. So maybe you figure you can just use that information we provide free of charge and all will be well.
And maybe it will be. It might be your lucky day and that page about the patio homes in Milford or the 55+ community in Maineville might be just the ticket for what you need.
But maybe all won't be well. Maybe you won't find the absolute best fit for your needs because as shocking as this might be, we DO NOT put everything we know about patio homes on our websites. Some of what we know stays right between my ears and only the patio home buyers who hire us get that full access.
So while I might bust a knuckle changing a lawnmower blade, I won't falter when it comes to helping Cincinnati patio home buyers finding THE BEST POSSIBLE CHOICE for their personal needs.
