Cincinnati 55+ Community Last Chance For A Walkout Lot!

Heritage at Miami BluffsAs Cincinnati's ONLY 55+ community Heritage At Miami Bluffs nears completion there have been some major milestones.  Floorplans have changed.  Type of patio homes and condos have changed too. 

The last attached ranch condos went in years ago. 

Last year they wrapped up the last of their portico/courtyard homes.

The last phase of the community has opened up.

And now Drees is down to their last lot that allows a walkout basement!  Located on a cul de sac with heavy woods and a steep dropoff down to the Little Miami River, the lot comes with a premium charge:  $40,000 for the right to build on that lot.

In total there are about 20 opportunities left to build a patio home to your specifications, but if you MUST have a walkout basement, you'd better get there fast.  Between the starting base price and the lot premium, expect to have a realistic price in the $400s, and depending on what you do, as high as the low $600s (some of your soon to be neighbors have hit that price point).

These communities are popping up all over  the place.   I wonder what  they will look like in 25-30 years
