We were recently out at Soraya Farms with buyers and the patio home section is on the home stretch, with only 4 lots left to build from scratch!  Soraya Farms is located in Clearcreek Township on the west side of State Route 48 just below the northern edge of the Warren County line (near Village Rental).  To further complicate things, Soraya Farms is a Centerville mailing address with Springboro Schools, so you've got quite the mix of addresses!

Soraya Farms is a Design Homes builder Planned Urban Development (PUD), so financing is easier than a regular condo community.  The community offers single family homes, attached ranch condos and detached patio homes. Soraya Farms also comes with a clubhouse, pool, lake and more!

The attached ranch homes come in both a two bedroom and three bedroom configuration, with the two bedroom homes starting around $250,000, the 3 bedroom configuration closer to $300,000 and the patio homes start a bit over $300,000.  Because Design Homes is a custom builder and not a production style builder, expect more features as part of the base price for these homes. 

For the patio homes, square footage is approximately 1800 and they have several floor plans to choose from for your new construction build.

Soraya Farms Lifestyle homeowners will essentially have a maintenance free lifestyle.  Exterior maintenance is covered per your community assessments.  Additionally, landscaping is also covered, and that includes mulch!  No snow to shovel, no grass to mow, no leaves to rake!
