Monday we got to participate in one of our favorite activities: completing the home finding journey with another set of buyers and watch them get the keys to their new home.
In this case it was literally a new home, a Fischer Homes new construction patio home in Hamilton Township's Miami Bluffs community! And this wasn't a case of going straight to the builder, but instead the culmination of a journey. Like most of our patio home buyers, it's not just a matter of ONLY wanting a patio home, but of finding that "just right" home that fits their needs.
