Cincinnati Patio Homes For Sale in West Chester's The Villas At Park Place

The Villas At Park Place offers West Chester patio homes built by Epcon Communities.  Except in this case, Epcon communities doesn't refer to them as patio homes, but as courtyard homes!  Now the great thing about the Epcon Community courtyard homes is they're taking low maintenance to about the highest level you could hope for!  Just like a patio home, lawn mowing, snow and leaf removal are taken care of.  But unlike most patio homes, owners in The Villas At Park Place don't have to take care of the exterior of their homes either!  Your HOA fee covers any eventual exterior painting, siding replacement or roof repairs.  AND they're not done there, because they also take care of trash, recycling, sewer and water, and include a homeowner's insurance policy.  You just need to insure the contents of your home.  The only outside maintenance left for you is the courtyard you customized to your tastes!  The Villas At Park Place are pretty much "lock 'em and leave 'em" kind of places to live!

The Villas At Park Place patio home community of West Chester OhioThe Villas At Park Place is a combination of quad style homes (originally the development was going to be entirely this style) and the courtyard homes.  With three quad style buildings, 12 homes will be built in this style at the front of the community.  The remaining 31 homes will be courtyard homes.  The Villas At Park Place already includes a pool and clubhouse (already built and in use by residents!), and also some ponds with fountains.  Homes are ranch style (no basements), with the option of adding a guest suite on a 2nd floor.  The main plans for these homes are all 2 bedroom, with open floorplans and nice finishing touches.  The lots are small, but that allows for more privacy in the courtyard section. Tammy, Take a rectangular building, draw a lines down the middle from each opposite side to divide the building into four equal sections.  Each unit shares two interior walls with other units, and has two walls facing the outside of the building.  Separate entrances and garages.  If you zoom in on the eastern side of the Park Place map, the X shaped buildings to the right are the quad style.
