Hidden in the back section of Village on the Green community is a section of patio homes called Crystal Cove Village.  If you didn't know which spur to take off the roundabout you might miss them, and that would be a shame!  These Maineville/Hamilton Township patio homes offer full basements (some with walkouts), and if you're really lucky you might even find yourself on the lake!  And there's fish in that lake and it's reserved for Village on the Green residents!

Village on the Green offers a Town Hall clubhouse, a pool, volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court and a play area to go with the walking trails!  That's a pretty good amenity package for the residents.

Village on the Green patio homes are located on three cul de sac streets, and because the community is small you can expect minimal traffic on the streets.  Village on the Green is located off Stephens Rd, just south of the SR48/US22 & 3 intersection and before you get to Maineville, so you've got easy access to I71 if commuting from your ranch style patio home is needed.

And if you're looking for affordable living without having a neighbor on the other side of a condo wall, Village on the Green patio homes could be just what you're looking for, that's assuming that any are for sale!  Because they're patio homes, your landscaping, mowing, mulching and snow shoveling are someone else's problem as part of your monthly HOA fee!  And the additional patio home HOA fee for Village on the Green patio homes is quite reasonable compared to some we've seen.

Good morning, Bliz.... Village on the Green would be a big hit in my area.... I wish our zoning would allow this type of density in a community....people don't want to maintain acre lots....this concept is privacy with minimal maintenance...

Barbara, Our patio home communities are typically very small on the lots, unless you head up into the luxury patio home communities.  These have a few yards clear side to side.  More emphasis on enjoying yourself and less time maintaining the lawn thanks to the contracted service.  There's a scarcity of overall inventory for sale.  People tend to buy one and not leave for a long time.

Very nice.  I'm actually familiar with Towne Properties too.  A company I worked for purchased an apartment complex from them in Cincinnati.
