Anita, Villas of Hunters Green offers a good centralized location for accessing quite a few of the local amenities.  And the pool complex is immediately outside of the entrance to this patio home community.

Dorie, We could see the Villas of Hunters Green being in even higher demand if the entire buying public understood the patio home concept.  It's an ongoing public education process and why we have extra marketing devoted to this niche.

Michael, We can certainly see the value in those videos.  Perhaps someday we'll get to that point for some key neighborhoods, but right now the time intensive part of video shooting and editing just can't make it to the top of our to do list.

Michelle, Our local area has done well (and with good reason).  Mason #24 and Springboro #42 on the Money Magazine list for towns 50k and less, and Lebanon as one of Ohio magazines 2012 5 Best Hometowns.  It's easy to see why in each case these communities are on the lists.
