As part of the Settlers Walk community, you have access to the community pool & tennis courts, and just outside the community is a YMCA for further recreational choices.

BLiz.....even though I am from out of your area, I am enjoying reading the patio home series. I think it is a great idea and provides great information for buyers out there. Plus, it showcases your expertise to Sellers.
Kristine, It's good to see the builders putting up new homes in The Cove again. It's been stalled for quite awhile, so a sign recovery is in place. With only a 1/3 built prior, as a buyer I might have been apprehensive about whether they'd EVER finish. And as far as the rankings, we did well in Money Magazine with the #24 and #42 communities in our service area :)
Christine, We're hopeful that we're providing all the information the consumers are looking for with the exception of what is on the market the day they're looking. We've got a few more communities to cover, and still looking for pockets of others. We located a couple of newer communities just outside our normal service area last night that are closer to Dayton. We'll have to add them to our list of future posts. We'll need to do some driving for pictures first :)
Nice new construction area for Patio homes at The Cove BLiz. Now home buyers looking to buy a patio home will have the option of picking out their floorplan in a new community. They are equally lucky to have Liz and Bill Spear as their Real Estate Representatives who know EVERYTHING about patio homes!

Anita, Of the three Springboro patio home developments, this one is probably the most custom built homes. We're glad to see the building starting again. A finished development is so much better for the residents.
Wow different meaning for patio homes in Springboro than here! Here they mean your backyard is literally only a patio!
Renee, Typical lot size here is .2 to .25 acres, although some may go higher. That's one small backyard you've got there!
