Springboro (45066) Patio Homes: Heatherwoode Community Information
If you're looking for a Springboro patio home with ready access to Cincinnati or Dayton, and very quick access to downtown Springboro or Dorothy Lane Market, Heatherwoode may be just the place for you!
Heatherwoode patio homes are on two cul de sac streets just inside the Heatherwoode community entrance. The community is east of SR741 and a short distance south of the SR73 intersection. As part of the Heatherwoode community, you have access to the community pool & tennis courts, and Heatherwoode Golf Course winds through the community.
Heatherwoode patio homes are atypical of most patio home communities and offer a wide diversity of styles and constructions. Stucco to brick, contemporary or traditional, you'll be able to find a match.
Within a short drive you'll find plenty of retail and dining opportunities, and you're a short distance to downtown Dayton. Cincinnati is a further commute, but not so far that many don't use Springboro as their homebase. The convenience of Springboro is particularly useful for couples whose jobs may be split between the two metro areas.
On the map at the bottom, look for the magenta push pin on the south
side of Springboro that designates Heatherwoode.
The patio homes in this community typically sell between $200-300,000. You don't have to compete with new construction in the development if you consider resale later. With the HOA fees taking care of lawn care (mowing, raking and snow), you're free to enjoy the low maintenance lifestyle!

Liz & Bill looks like you guys have thos patio homes all sewn up:) Congrats and have a great weekend
Endre, Working our way through all the patio home developments in our county with a post for each one. We've got about three more to post that are within the county lines, then we know of at least three others in the adjacent areas. The first group, we've already got pictures for, the other three we'll have to do a photo expedition :) Hope you're having a great weekend too! Crisp fall day today.
Liz & Bill, a nice affordable neighborhood.....but now I need to step over to your other blog because I don't know what a patio home is!
Thanks for the lesson, now I know!
Wow...your area sure has a lot of patio homes :)! Heatherwoode Community in Springboro looks like a terrific place to buy a patio home. It almost looks like they are single family homes with all the perks of being a patio home community! I don't think I have heard of patio homes getting up to over 4000 square feet! Nice!
This is the kind of post that will get your phone to ring!
Ellen, They're fairly popular in our area as niches go. They're typically small subsections of other developments, most have about 30 or so homes.
Brenda, There's over a dozen different patio home communities in our immediate area, and some are pretty large when you include the finished basements.
Karen, Proportionally, our patio home posts get far more attention than any other posts we do.
Heatherwoode patio homes sounds like they have it all - low maintenance, great location, lots of variety. Great information on one of your local Dayton and Cincinnati communities.
Hi Bliz,
My only concern as a buyer would be the costs of the HMO. What are the fees in association with the home. Are they in the purchase price or is this an additional charge per month?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Have a great day in Ohio.
Best, Clint Mckie
Good morning, BLiz. What a lovely looking community. You do such a fine job of marketing...
Consumers looking for a Springboro Patio Home in the Heatherwoode Community should give the Liz Spear Team a call. There is no one better qualified to show you these properties!
Juli, This community probably has the most variety we've seen in home styles. More often than not a builder puts up a few variations of the same style home, Heatherwoode has some completely different styles available.
Clint, Included in the monthly HOA fees is the lawn maintenance. For now, this community is about $85 a month. We haven't been including that stat since it's subject to variation.
Michael, Thanks! Now all we need are some listings in there to market with more attention :)
Anita, With some of the homes backing up to the golf course, there's a lot of appeal. The location is terrific too! Thanks for the endorsement!
