Liberty Township Ohio Patio Homes: Four Bridges Club Home Community!
Welcome to the other patio home community in the Four Bridges development. This section is referred to as Club Homes, but its basically just a name difference and not a different type of home.
These are all ranch style homes. The key difference between this community and most patio home communities are that rather than a single builder, you have two distinct builders and styles of homes. Towne Condominiums has built the homes on Heather Springs, Fischer Homes has covered the remainder of the development.
Also note ODD number homes on Poppy Lane are NOT patio homes but attached condos. Another gotcha, in zip code 45044 there is a Poppy Lane and a Poppy DRIVE! Poppy Drive is NOT patio homes!
Four Bridges is JUST outside of Warren County, by a few hundred feet at most! Not quite Mason, but all the amenities are just around the corner. Look for the dark blue push pin on the map! Great access to I-75 and all that comes with it!

This is an excellent resource for anyone looking to purchase a Liberty Township Ohio Patio Home.
Great report on the Four Bridges Community. Glad sales are happening in your area!
Liz & Bill, what a fantastic Patio Community, are the HOA monthly or annually collected?
I love that you are selling new construction in your market. That holds promiss for the rest of us. This is a beautiful community Liz & Bill, I hope sales keep on dropping for you two:)
Said it before and I'll say it again. I think patio homes are where its at for the future. Perfect for retirees, or folks that don't need a huge backyard- which is increasing.
Anita, Between this and the other patio home development in Four Bridges that we covered some weeks ago, there's some PRIME patio homes available. Four Bridges is the home of the most upscale patio homes in our area.
Lyn, They're doing a-ok in Four Bridges! Prestige development to live in for the area :)
Endre, Monthly for the bulk, although Four Bridges has additional charges for the club membership that I believe are quarterly. You do get quite a bit for the dollar though.
Steve, There's still a number of patio homes slots available in Four Bridges along with some completed market homes. Great time to buy into the community before prices start heading north again.
Scott, We see the same thing with many of the McMansions. Little to no yard. Who's got time to take care of them? And who wants to worry about contracting landscaping companies when it can all be part of your HOA fee. Probably savings in the mass contract, and you never have to worry about whether someone will keep up the community standards. Done deal!
Several years ago, our town fathers decreed no duplicate street names so a lot of us get new street names and didn't even have to move-phew.
A very nice localism post, Bill & Liz.
Toni, Those duplicate street names in the same zip, not a good thing! Time to find out how good our IDX custom search links are in the situation with the only difference being lane vs drive, and then with only the odd numbers being patio homes, well I think we're just going to have to put a disclaimer note on those results :)
