Endre, This is the high end of patio home for our area, and the overall Four Bridges community has a fantastic reputation. The annual HOA fee for Four Bridges is $585, and then the patio home section is another $645 per quarter to cover the extra maintenance.

Anita, These patio homes are definitely on the exclusive side. Depending on the community comparing to, these are almost double. However, the lots are bigger, the homes are bigger, and the interior amenities are on a MUCH higher level. These builders are really top shelf. Thanks for the endorsement!
