The Villas At Park Place offers West Chester patio homes built by Epcon Communities and they've now opened up Phase II as of this week! Another 22 courtyard style homes will be available and they're available NOW! No waiting list, strictly first come first serve to pick your lot, get your deposit in and have your new courtyard home ready for you in 6-7 months!
You may have noticed we used the term "courtyard home". What's the difference from a patio home? Not much really, that low maintenance lifestyle you're seeking is here for sure! Just like a patio home, lawn mowing, snow and leaf removal are taken care of. But unlike most patio homes, owners in The Villas At Park Place don't have to take care of the exterior of their homes either! Your HOA fee covers any eventual exterior painting, siding replacement or roof repairs. AND they're not done there, because they also take care of trash, sewer and water, and include a homeowner's insurance policy. You just need to insure the contents of your home. The only outside maintenance left for you is the courtyard you customized to your tastes! The Villas At Park Place are pretty much "lock 'em and leave 'em" kind of places to live!
The 22 homes being added to Phase II are strictly patio home/courtyard style, none of the quad style from Phase I. Phase II is immediately north and adjacent to Phase I.
The Villas At Park Place already includes a pool and clubhouse (already built and in use by residents!), and also some ponds with fountains. Homes are ranch style (no basements), with the option of adding a guest suite on a 2nd floor. The main plans for these homes are all 2 bedroom, with open floorplans and nice finishing touches.
