I'm one of millions of Americans diagnosed with AFib (atrial fibrillation..irregular heartbeat in layman's terms). For me, treatment has involved a daily regimen of medicines and I expect that's my "new normal". Life goes on pretty much as normal because those meds keep my blood pressure down, my blood thinned, my heart beating regularly and my risks of anything more serious pretty low. I pay attention to what my body is telling me and other than once every couple of months my heart has been a steady thump thump just like it's supposed to be.
That was until about 3 weeks ago. I started going out of normal rhythm, first for just a little bit. Out of whack in the evening, then back to normal sinus rhythm in the morning. But after a few days I went out of rhythm and stayed out. For days.
I couldn't point to any significant changes, except for one. A couple of weeks prior to starting to have trouble, one of my meds had been changed from one generic to another.
While both pills are supposed to do EXACTLY the same thing, it seemed perhaps they didn't. I let my cardiologist know of my suspicion, talked to my pharmacist and got a refill of my "normal" generic. And almost as soon as I returned to my normal medicine...a normal heartbeat returned. I've been normal rhythm for a week now. Now as an engineer I could argue it's just a coincidence since I didn't turn the problem off and then back on, but I'm going to trust my gut on this one. That change of pills was the difference.
Now what does this have to do with real estate? More than you might think!
There are literally tens of thousands of real estate agents in Ohio. We go through the same qualification process. We're licensed to help people buy and sell houses. We're the "same". Just like those two generic medicines I was taking. They're both the "same" too, except they're not, right?
This isn't a "let's knock the competition" article. No, there are lots of fantastic agents out there, but each of us bring something different to the table. Some are specialists at luxury home selling (not my speciality), horse properties (I last rode a horse in 1984), investor properties (again, NOT my thing). If that's what you need, then you need one of THOSE agents.
If you want an agent that can list and sell your home, I'm up for that. You want help buying a home? I'm up for that too. Those are both totally normal activities for any agent.
But where I stop being generic? When you need a patio home or low maintenance housing specialist. That segment of the Greater Cincinnati housing market is where I can really show you the difference between two agents that are the "same", but aren't!
Another agent might be able to find you a patio home, MAYBE even the very best one for your needs. But they also might cause your heart to skip a beat or two because you'll figure out they just might not know EVERYTHING you need them to know to find the absolute best choice for you.
Be it new construction or resale patio homes in southwest Ohio and northern Kentucky, I'm here to put my years of learning patio homes and other low maintenance housing to work to make sure you get THE best match for your needs and budget.
Ready to find out more about your new construction and resale patio home options in Greater Cincinnati?
Step 1: Contact Bill at 513-520-5305. If you're considering new construction, we are NOT the builder's rep, we work for you and ONLY you! Also important, DO NOT contact the builder first directly or we may be blocked from assisting you. It's critical that we introduce you to the community firsthand. Even if you want agent assistance, the builder can refuse to compensate your agent if you make first contact without your agent.
Step 2: Let's determine which home community is the best fit for your needs. We work with ALL Greater Cincinnati home builders! And since Bill is licensed in BOTH Ohio and Kentucky, he can help you with ANY area home community (regular homes, patio homes, condos and any other name the builders choose to use!).
Step 3: We'll set up and coordinate appointments with the builder or to see any resale homes, then guide you through the rest of the process.

We look forward to helping you with your new home needs!
