Cincinnati and Warren County Ohio Patio Homes

Last Chance For Drees Courtyard Homes in Cincinnati Active Adult Community

Steadily Drees Homes is getting closer to completing new construction courtyard home in Cincinnati's ONLY designated 55+ community Heritage at Miami Bluffs!  They finished building the attached ranch condo style within the last few years, and they're now down to a handful of the courtyard homes.  As of writing, there's ONE lot that Drees can built a courtyard home to order, and a small number of courtyard homes that are complete and ready for immediate sale and occupancy.  Once the courtyard homes are complete the only option for new construction will be the more expensive patio homes.

Heritage at Miami Bluffs Cincinnati 55+ Active Adult Community

The courtyard homes are bigger than the attached ranch condos but smaller than the patio homes.  They're detached and feature a courtyard outside the kitchen and master bedroom.  The configuration of the courtyard homes ensures the neighbors aren't staring into your courtyard.  The only plan offered is the San Marco.  Drees Homes' San Marco plan is two bedroom, two full baths, open floor plan, two car garage and NO basement.  The homes are very well appointed even in their base configuration.  Expect prices in the $250-280,000 range.  And for now, Drees Homes is offering half off on options for the first $20,000.

Despite myths to the contrary, you DO NOT get a better price by going to the builder's rep without an agent.  Like most reputable Cincinnati home builders, Drees builds the fees for a buyer's agent into their overhead.  You're paying for the service whether you choose to hire an agent or not!

And the perk of hiring us to help?  Because Cincinnati area patio homes are our specialty, we can help you identify if Heritage at Miami Bluffs is THE best fit for you, or if a different community is actually a better fit for your needs!

To search for Heritage at Miami Bluffs homes for sale, just click the link or the community picture above.  Search results will include resales and any new construction that Drees Homes has placed in Cincinnati MLS.  It will NOT include all homes that Drees Homes can construct new for you.
