Our buyers are now owners of a move-in ready new construction condo build by Drees Homes! They chose a Tribeca plan nicely finished at only $216,000! This home met all the buyers' needs. Affordable, spacious, convenient to work, open floor plan, and backing up to some greenspace was a nice bonus! Their low maintenance home search had started with a patio home, but this two level condo was ultimately a better fit so we acted quickly after visiting the community and visiting this unit that was less than 60 days from completion.
Drees Homes is building two condo floor plans in Bridgecreek community:
1. The Tribeca. This model is on the ground level and also includes a finished lower level. The master suite is on the main level. There's a very open floor plan too! Step out on the back deck or head down to the basement and walkout to the patio. The Tribeca features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 1 car garage. Total square footage: 1879! Not bad for a starting price of $195,100.
2. The Gramercy. This model is on the upper level, so you do start with a flight of stairs. But once you get up there, you have single level living. The floor plan is VERY open. The Gramercy features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 1 car garage. Total square footage: 1769! With a starting price of $165,100, it's hard to beat that price per square foot!
Not interested in the condo section? Their attached ranch condos (aka townhomes) are also available at a higher price point, but here's the rub. They've got a waiting list for those longer than the number of spots left to build. So if you want this location, the move-in ready condos or the build to order condos are your best change.
Bridgecreek's location is reasonably close to Ronald Reagan Highway, I-75 and I-275. Bridgecreek is located just off Compton Road! Bridgecreek includes a clubhouse, pool and walking trails.
