This morning was the buyer orientation for our buyers in Brookstone Homes Parkland Meadows community in Symmes Township!
We've been watching this home progress steadily since the contract was written in late April. With closing less than 10 days away, it was time for the builder's superintendent to walk our buyers through the operation of their new home and give them the opportunity to ask questions and point out any corrections that were needed. With Brookstone's quality level, the corrections to make prior to closing were scarce and will be easily addressed!
Our buyers are looking forward to leaving their apartment and enjoying the patio home life!
The builder has a few finishing touches to make but the home is about 99% ready. The sod is laid in the front and side, the stamped concrete patio is cured and sealed, the back yard grass seed planted and straw in place.
The home itself features a two bedroom/study or 3 bedroom configuration depending on preference, and open floor plan, granite counters in the kitchen, lots of hardwood flooring, a finished lower level with wet bar and PLENTY of space overall. As you can see, Brookstone is not lacking for curb appeal for their Cincinnati area patio homes!

However, if you're interested in claiming a spot in Parkland Meadows you'd better ACT NOW! Why? The builders only have THREE lots left as of this morning. Once these are claimed, we'd expect it to be years before one of these homes comes on the market as a resale.
